Our April Book Selection: "The Science of Yoga"

Our April book selection will be The Science of Yoga: The Risks and the Rewards, by William J. Broad. You may recognize Broad as the author of last year's controversial NYT article, "How Yoga Can Wreck Your Body."

We'll meet on Tuesday, April 9th at 7pm @ OMpower Cycling and Yoga.

Gonna be good.
